Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a range of shipping options, from your own pickup at our shop to courier via road or airfreight. Local shipping within South Africa will be carried out by our courier services, whereby international shipping will be handled by reputable services like DHL.

Shipping costs depend on location, type of goods and total price of the order. These will be calculated at checkpoint and added to the order, either directly on the website or subsequently in the invoice provided.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In principle, goods are sold as shown on the website. Deviations from the images on the website are possible and can occur as most items are unique, hand crafted and not mass produced. Hence, return of goods will only be considered on special request (see below) and under certain circumstances; e.g.

Please send your request with details and photos to adu@unesandla.co.za.
In case that a return of goods is agreed to, we will replace the goods free of charge once we have received the defect or wrong goods back. Refund will only be considered in special situations and on discretion by the owner.
